I have a Love\Hate relationship with this setup.
On oneside, I love the stealth part of it & it reminds of the London mission in SplinterCell: Blacklist. Om the other, it could be a nightmare with the wrong crew.
A quick warning before I start, Enemy's health is nerfed on this setup & large caliber rounds will penetrate through them, so choose your weapons wisely.
Here's a step by step on how I do it.
1. Use suppressed Pistol, preferably Combat Pistol.
2. Use suppressed Sniper, preferably Marksman.
3. Fire a single shot at time.
4. Take out the 2 guards at the gate.
5. Take out the guard on the hill.
6. Take out the insurgent driver, you can skip this if you are worried about missing him.
7. Take out the 2 guards next to the insurgent.
8. Take out the 2 scientists next to the cages.
9. Take out the guard next to the wall.
10. Take out the 2 scientists once they clear the stairs & you have a clear vision of both.
11. Take out the guard at the tower, but aim at his lower body section so he doesn’t tip over.
12. Take out the guard & scientist next to the truck.
13. Hack the control panel.
14. Leave.
