I love this setup! You need a Heavy Vest on this one, trust me.
Once we are aboard the carrier's Well Deck, I use the catwalk to reach the second deck to avoid an unnecessary gunfight. Once we are in the second deck, I hold fire to sneak to the portside elevator. from there I can have good line of fire on everyone... once we neutralize the floor, I move to the catwalk with my Assault Shotgun to neutralize the sailors who be in the staircase, once we are on the flight deck... I make a run-and-gun to the Hydra (there will be 2 guards armed with the Shotguns near it).
This is the tricky part, if a crew member can't pilot Jet, let him\her stay at the flight deck while you take out the fighter jets & deliver the Hydra to Sandy Shores.
An inexperienced pilot could jeopardize the success of the mission.
Set back, relax & listen to Kenny Loggins while en route to deliver the hydra.

I played this one today, it is bugged as of the 1.34 update - still playable, but the jets are stuck at LSIA, Fort Zancudo, and Sandy Shores until you approach them.
We spent some time on the aircraft carrier, the bridge tower is actually surprisingly detailed, with the bridge and a second room. You can even access the internet from 5 different laptops. If you are getting your ass kicked in Power Play I, it might be a good place to hang out.
