I was pleasantly surprised to see Dodos being used on a mission: Nice! Brings memories of that mission in GTA III where you have to a chase DODO in a Speeder to pick up the packages .... This time we (you) are the ones doing the dropping 😎 #WeMadeIt

I got an idea, next time we get raids by the Cops, we should have a Merryweather backup doing CAS for us.

So, I'm not really understanding what is going on with the game mechanics here. There was a motorcycle club making a delivery, and there was a larger group ahead of these laggers, which I attacked. (They were using the Baggers for delivery vehicles). Here I destroy two of the delivery vehicles, but it appears that I got no RP or cash for doing so, so either it is bugged, or all the product in a delivery needs to be destroyed (which I think is unlikely). I did get my kill player off radar objective done though:

A word of warning about one product delivery mission using PostOp Boxvilles. I did this solo, cross county from the Grapeseed office. It ended up being two delivery vehicles, and even though I tried to hustle, I was unable to get all the product delivered. On this mission, you drive the Boxville to a stop, get out, and drop the package at the front door. It took 15 minutes to drive down from Blaine County and make the first 5 deliveries, then took a Merryweather helicopter to go pickup the second van and The Boxvilles are just pretty damn slow, and I don't think there is any way to do two delivery vehicles with a motorcycle club of one.

So I heard. Its by far the worst delivery method ever ... Whoever thought of it, must have been having a shitty day at work. Even if you use a Hydra to return from the City, you won't be able to finish it solo ... Especially if it was a full load (3 trucks), you are better off switching sessions or restarting the console.... It ain't worth it.

Here's my first police raid:
So you lose all your product, and the supplies you have don't matter, since you have to do a business setup mission, which tops off supplies, to get production going again. You do NOT lose your business upgrades.

You do NOT lose your business upgrades. Oh thank god, finally a reliable confirmation!!! Thanks D ... sorry about your product. The raid doesn't look as bad as people made it sounds. You can run em all out with a 4-wheeled cage & take out the helicopter with a few golden bullets

So this was lame:
A cop gets glitched inside a building somehow. I end up "Find New Session", but all product and supplies were lost and I had to restart the business.

So here are my thoughts so far about running a club business. It's not a very fast way to make money doing it solo. Resupply missions nominally make you the equivalant of $15K per run if you had paid for supplies, which is less than what you make doing contact missions solo. The only way to do this efficiently is to have members where you can pick up multiple packages per resupply run. For instance, if you have another member, each resupply run is making you the equivalent of $30K per run, and even more members make this more efficient. Keep in mind that your subordinate members are only making $5K per resupply run, so you need to supplement the work with other MC work.
I'm still trying to figure out the product profit on supplies, but there is an order to it -- the cocaine business is gonna make you more money, and the document forgery business is the worse. I'm trying to gather some data on how supplies convert to product to get a better picture of business profits.
If you are playing solo, you'll want to deliver product when product reaches one bar, otherwise the sale may require multiple delivery vehicles. It may be more profitable to make bigger deliveries, but much more risky that you'll lose all of it if you don't have other players in your MC.
When you're playing solo, it might be best to keep your most profitable business going and shut down the rest until you have a decent MC club going. Otherwise you'll be wasting money on staff salary, since it is very hard to keep multiple businesses fully supplied without help.
[update] So, I just discovered that purchasing $75K of supplies for a Document Forgery Office will produce product that sells for $70K in the same county, or $104K in the other county, with both staff and equipment upgrades. I would like to know what the numbers are for other businesses.
What the staff does when you have no supplies:

Thanks for the posts, always good to get some background, my biggest problem right now though is the constant calls when I am in a private lobby and unable to do the business missions (because access to Open Road requires a public lobby) this deters me from buying them for my characters.
Given it could be some time before Rockstar address this these calls can become annoying as they are frequent and occur each time you load into a free roam session.

Ya, most annoying was getting a call about toner being low at the Forgery Document Office, while I'm trying to dodge traffic during the week's time trial.
