"In Power Mad, teams of two to four players fight for possession of the vital Juggernaut power-up, which turns its wielder into a heavily armored menace with one main objective: stay alive long enough to fill the meter and score a point. If the Juggernaut dies before filling the meter, the power-up is dropped and ready for a new would-be king to try their luck."[ R* Announcement]

I didn't like this one much initially as it seemed too hectic and the spawns aren't very good. For some reason four teams is the default instead of the usual two but in my experience it is much better with just two teams. After persevering with it a bit I did end up having a few great battles with this mode but it has seemingly fallen out of circulation a bit now.

So given it's over a year since Power Mad was introduced and this topic hasn't had much comment I felt it best to give a review of it with the current event giving 2x$$$/RP.
As PondNewt has stated PowerMad is a difficult challenge if set to more than two teams but I have found it to be quite an enjoyable challenge though difficult!
My tactics with any Power Mad match is to make sure I get the Special Carbine weapon pickup as the Assault Rifle deals very little damage to the Juggernaut player.
Overall I like the locations picked for all the maps of Power Mad, the spawn points are a bit predicatable and you always have to check your radar for the player dots appearing since it can be very easy to fall foul of being killed if your focusing yourself on killing the Juggernaut.
If it's a 2 team match and the players know the aim of the match to hold the Juggernaut pickup I will generally run supporting role to protect whose holding the pickup but if they are just running around shooting then I will try to get the pickup and then use the map to target hostile enemies to score the point.
In a 3 team or 4 team match you must play a different strategy as generally the match starts with everyone making a mad dash for the pickup resulting in a major coup for whoever gets the Juggernaut as they get three easy kills.
The best strategy I have found in 3/4 team matches is to play the waiting game. It's quite essential to use the Special Carbine and the Grenade since the Juggernaut is superior in strength.
Blind fire from cover is also very useful strategy since you are not as exposed to the Juggernaut.
I will share some video from this week over the next day or so to let you see my experiences.
