Grotti Vigilante, Supers
(2 occupants) "Today's society is broken. We all know who's behind it, but we're afraid to speak out. Hard-working cops, human rights lawyers, investigative journalists, social media managers - a cartel of vested interests who would think nothing of trampling the freedoms of a semi-legitimate businessperson such as yourself. It's time someone took the law into their own hands, and if you're in the market for some fully weaponized, rocket-propelled civic order, the Vigilante is the only game in town."
―Warstock Cash & Carry description.
Part of Smuggler's Run.
$3,750,000 from Warstock Cash & Carry. Available for matches in content creator. [GTA Wiki]

Trivia: The Vigilante is manufactured by ... *drum rolls please* ... Grotti. Missed opportunity to have a car without manufacturer. Although HVY wouldn´t have been too off-the-mark. Since the car itself isn´t very interesting (bought one for my movies garage bc Batmobile and to get rid of Michael Bay´s Bumblebee) I´d like to state that I strongly believe it´s going to be time-limited even if "the community" doesn´t see it that way. If I remember correctly it was the same last year with the Sanctus (no warning from Rockstar) so if you want one get it now or wait a year for availability and discount

I won't buy one & I don't really care weither it stays or not.

I bought one for my character Bram, who collects Grottis. The vehicle is a bit outlandish, but functionally, it can be used in free mode on CEO Headhunter, and in the Gunrunning supply mission with the trucks --- if you get bored of using a BAC or other weaponized aircraft. It's also kinda fun to use in some contact missions like Denial of Service and Artifical Scarcity, but I would say that about any weaponized vehicle.

Is the Vigilante like a proper personal vehicle that you store in the normal garages or is it more like say the Rocket Voltic where you have to call it from the interaction menu?

So here is Bram using his Vigilante to beat the Time Trial Up-N-Atom. The finish was ugly, but with the rocket boost, he barely got it. However, the $51K payout was mitigated by the fact that he put the Vigilante in the Ocean and had to pay $20K in an insurance claim when he made the first attempt.
So, after having some experience with the Vig, I'll say that even though it is classed as a Super (but can't be used in Super races), It drives like a truck, and a lot of people are going to hate it because they can't help themselves from lead footing and boosting the thing the entire time, which you just can't do without getting pretty banged up with a vehicle that understeers this much. However, when you know when to use the jet boost, you can get a really good top speed on a long straight.
I haven't had an opportunity yet to get a top speed reading in a Highest Speed Challenge Event, but I have a feeling that it will compete with an Oppressor. IMO, both should be banned from the Highest Speed Challenge.
