The Mobile Operations Center is a one of kind vehicle introduced with Gunrunning (1.40), An oversized trailer acts as both a vehicle & an interior. It can be used for a variety of things & reconfigured to your liking. It have its own section in the Interaction Menu & can be summoned to appropriate spots within a ½mile range of your current location.
Function:
The MOC can be used to start Agent 14's Mobile Ops, change your clothes, Customize your weapons loadout from the onboard Weapons Locker, Upgrade & purchase special ammo for your MkII weapons, Customize or sell your weaponized vehicles or simply storing a personal vehicle.
The Cab:
You can choose between a Phantom Custom or a Hauler Custom to tow your MOC.
You further customize the Cab & the Trailer by approaching the Mechanic standing next to the MOC inside the Bunker.
Note: You can't use your weapons inside a Hauler Custom.
Modular Configuration:
The MOC uses a modular construction & have 3 bays or sections that can be configured to suit your needs. You can reconfigure the MOC anytime by visiting Warstock Cash & Carry (for a fee of course).
These are the available modules:
1. Living Quarters:
A luxurious lounge allows you to change your clothes or start Agent 14's Mobile Ops. The MOC includes Living Quarters in Bay 1 by default. Can be added or moved to other bays for $145,000.
Note: You can't use the MOC as a spawn point, even if you configured it with the Living Quarters module.
2. Command Center:
Allows you to change your clothes or start Agent 14's Mobile Ops & adds stations to allow MOC occupants control the remote turret(s). The front turreted is included as part of the Command Center, 2 additional rear remote turrets are available for $210,000 once you complete the research project for them.
The Command Center is available for $320,000.
Note: The Command Center module disables Passive Mode for all occupants of the MOC.
3. Personal Vehicle Storage:
Allow you to store a Personal Vehicle inside the MOC, which can be later requested from the Interaction Menu under the Mobile Operations Center section.
The Personal Vehicle Storage is available for $195,000.
Note: The Personal Vehicle Storage is available only in Bay 3.
4. Weapon Workshop:
Allows you to upgrade, customize & purchase special & traditional ammo for your MkII weapon. The Weapon Workshop includes a Weapons Locker so you can customize your Weapons Loadout on the go.
The Weapon workshop is available for $245,000.
5. Weapon & Vehicle Workshop:
Includes all the functions from the Weapon workshop alongside the ability to customize or sell your Weaponized Vehicles.
The Weapon & Vehicle Workshop is available for $955,000.
Note: The Weapon & Vehicle Workshop is a double-sized module & will take both Bay 2 & Bay 3 if configured.
6. Empty:
The default option for Bays 2 & 3.
Note: You can't revert to empty once you configured Bays 2 & 3.
The Bays:
Bay 1:
Includes Living Quarters by default, can be swaped out for a Command Center module.
Bay 2:
Empty by default, can be configured with Living Quarters, a Command Center, a Weapon Workshop or a Weapon & Vehicle Workshop.
Bay 3:
Empty by default, can be configured with Living Quarters, a Command Center, a Weapon Workshop or a Personal Vehicle Storage.
Note: The Weapon & Vehicle Workshop is a double-sized module & will take both Bay 2 & Bay 3 if configured.
The Onboard Weapons Locker:
Both The Weapon Workshop & The Weapon & Vehicle Workshop include a Weapons Locker that allows you to customize your Weapons Loadout on the go.
Q: Do I need an MOC?
A: Yes & No. No if you have zero interest in the Gunrunning contect, otherwise yes.
Q: Is it possible to destroy an MOC?
A: Yes, but its very durable & heavily armored. The MOC will respawn back at the Bunker once destroyed & there is no insurance fees for it.
Q: Can other people see my MOC & vice versa?
A: Yes, an MOC is represented on the map as a Satellite Dish (📡) & everyone can see it, just like a Tank, Turreted limo, … etc.
Q: Can I use someone else's MOC to customize my Weaponized Vehicles?
A: "No. You Gotta Get Your Own, Brother".
Q: How do I unlock Liveries for the MOC?
A: There are 5 time-locked American flag themes available for the MOC ranging from $100,000 to $205,000. They'll presumably be made available during the US Independence Day celebrations.
Q: What are the vehicles customizable inside the MOC?
A: As of 1.40 you can customize the APC, Dune FAV, Half-Track, Insurgent Pickup Custom, Oppressor, Technical Custom, & Weaponized Tampa.
Q: What can I store inside the MOC?
A: Any Personal Vehicle. However, you can't store Special Vehicles. No F.L.A.G. Truck for you … unless you customize a regular Ruiner & save it inside.
Q: I forgot to take out my Personal Vehicle before I swaped out the Personal Vehicle Storage module for the Weapon & Vehicle Workshop module, is my Personal Vehicle gone forever?
A: No, you can still have access to it.
Go to the Mobile Operations Center section in the Interaction Menu & choose Request Personal Vehicle.
Q: I bought a Hauler Custom, can I change it for a Phantom Custom or vice versa?
A: Yes, however you will pay $1,225,00 to switch to a Phantom Custom & $1,400,00 to switch to a Hauler Custom everytime. And you'll lose all modifications applied to the Cab.
Q: Can I detach the Cab?
A: Yes you can. You can use the Cab to haul other trailers, including participating in the VIP work, Haulage.
Q: Can I use an off-the-street Cab to haul the MOC?
A: Yes you can. You can use a Docktug, a Hauler, a Packer, a Phantom, a Semi Barracks or a Phantom Wedge.
