They nerfed the Banshee's top speed going from IV to V.
In V, it can barely cross a 100 mph without expensive mods.
(during the Top Speed challenge I couldn't pass 101 mph with it. One of my stock Oracle XS' did 125 according to the Social Club stats)

The Bullet is also the slowest super car. In defense of the Banshee, I averaged slightly over 100 mph with a fully modded sports Banshee on my personal time trial. |

Especially Chrysler's incompetence & inability to do so .... They make fun of them in the Bravado radio commercials. Its a damn shame the Banshee had to suffer, especially since its real life counterpart the Viper is helluva super car (& verified to do 207mph stock). |

Apparently, the top speed of the 900 R was reduced from 130.5 mph to 129.5 mph with the Import/Export update.
