"In his foolishness, an old associate of mine is preparing to testify against me, I want him gone, and I want proof of his departure - a photograph. He's barricaded in his mansion surrounded by bodyguards and police so you'll have to use your mind. Parachute in, fly or, I don't know, anything."Martin contact mission, 1-4 players, opens at L23 [ GTA Wiki] Talk about strategy, tips and techniques, and/or post videos of your character in action on this mission.

I'm looking for a solo or 2 player method without Kuruma, Pegasus, Lester and dying. I still got the video of me passing the mission the first time as rank 20something. Seems like I had no idea how assisted aim works at that point. None of us had a helicopter, so we used a Merryweather pick up chopper and sacrificed the guy who took the picture.
You can snipe a few guards from the top of Eclipse Towers, but they respawn and you don't see all of them. It's probably a good idea to have one sniping while the other one rushes in or uses a Mule to get to the target. If you do it solo, snipe and lose the wanted level, you will instantly get a wanted level when you are too close to the mansion.

I still remember the first time I played this mission, it was awful! I couldn't afford the Buzzard & I haven't unlocked the Heavy armor yet.
I couldn't get a Helicopter to spawn anywhere, the MerryWeather helicopter never landed for me & Lester never answered his phone.
I used a Benson to jump over the wall, I died before I landed on the other side.
Sometime later, I have a Buzzard now! I killed everyone in that compound lol, you know what they say, Revenge is a Dish Served Cold.
After playing it a plenty of times, I perfected a couple of strategies for it:
A) The Buzzard. Approach from the West, hover at a safe distance & shoot everyone with the rockets. When the Police Helicopters show up, destroy them & return to killing everyone in the compound. Once you clear everyone, land, take a picture & evade the cops ... Flying between the skyscrapers in downtown LS will do it.
B) The Sniper rifle. Use a Helicopter to land on the rooftop on the building west of the compound & use the sniper rifle to kill everyone, take the picture, evade the cops & meet Martin.

Then, land there, take the photo & leave .... But you have to be quick. The problem that I have found in doing this is that while you can kill the target, you can't take the picture until the "Go to the mansion" objective is completed and the alarm is triggered.

Yep. You can always run over one of the guards outside to do that before you start looking for a helicopter.

I thought I had replied to this topic already but seems I have not.
I believe I may have finally put together a way to complete this mission without using the Kuruma or calling Pegasus but I need to try out my new method using all of the tips you have all mentioned so far.
I hate this mission more than anything in the world and I really believe a Rockstar employee must have been having a horrible day at the office when they made this one!
However in many ways it reminds me of an episode of Knight Rider in which Devon asks Michael to drive his Cadillac and they are chased by a hitman in a fast Chevy Camaro and Michael moans about how he's underpowered to which Devon replies "Be Skillful Michael"

Epic fail! 3 Hours of deaths but the strategy I was trying is entirely doable as I completed it once but it took me 24 mins which is over the 15 mins I can upload to Youtube.
I will get this on film without dying yet!

I will get this on film without dying yet! The last PS4 update lets you record up to 60 minutes now. I keep it at 30, because I don't really think anyone is going to watch gameplay video that long, but check your share options.

You still can't upload more than 15 minutes to Youtube though, I've already tried unless you know of a way to change that without signing my name away for Youtube advertising?

Would appear Youtube policy for PS4 uploads must have changed as I just uploaded a 22 min video of Handle with Care mission and seems to be viewing fine, will post link and my comment for that mission topic later on today.
