Obey Omnis, Sports(2 occupants) "The Obey Omnis was the poster child of the golden age of rallying, a period of deregulated innocence when a turbo-charged tin can could plough through a crowd of spectators on a muddy embankment and there wasn't a damn thing the government could do about it. This is one for the fans."
―Southern San Andreas Super Autos description. $701,000 from Southern San Andreas. Available for racing and matches in content creator. Part of the Cunning Stunts update. [ GTA Wiki]

Of the two new sports cars in Cunning Stunts, broughy places this one as the fastest around the track, 17th overall:
However, the main consideration would be with Rally Races (on dirt), and both of the new ones are pretty competitive against the Kuruma.

My character Ralph finally buys an Omni's to update his Obey collection: It handles very nicely, may oversteer a bit, but it lacks a top speed to compete on hard surface tracks with the top end of the sports class. It does quite well on dirt, but in those situations, I think a Kuruma does about the same. I noticed a small, somewhat interesting feature on this car - there is a very small front license plate.

Love the paint job. The Doc´s Omnis: It seems indeed specifically made for dirt tracks, but it´s nice of Rockstar to add a couple of rally cars for the sake of variety. I agree that you have to be mindful of the oversteer (though it does feel more like drifting, which makes sense in this type of car and can be used in your favor) but all in all it has great handling on dirt, it absorbs bumps like no other car and is definitely my go-to rally car. The downside would have to be the price, since as you pointed out a kuruma has about the same performance for only a fraction of the cost.

Finally bought an Omnis yesterday, a most impressive performer in the sports class although I have yet to actually use it in any stunt racing but my biggest disappointment is having the rally Obey team still stuck on the window when you want it to be an ordinary road going version of the car, still perhaps tomorrow's update shall fix some of the current car issues.
