This is one of those that isn't for sale, you gotta find one in traffic and steal it to own it. One of these days I'm gonna have to do some Smokey and the Bandit scenes with a Phoenix.

Yes Phoenix's are are to find on the streets of Los Santos but once you see one or two then they are everywhere.
In general the best method to obtain one of these beautiful muscle cars currently is to wait for them to appear
in a CEO mission as they sometimes chase you in Phoenix's but there are two 100% missions to get it from.
No Hay Bronca (Gerald mission), a Phoenix spawns in this mission so they usually appear on the streets as well.
Gentry Does It (Simeon mission), one spawns in the garage so usually you then see them on the streets.

I will have to check but there is a report of being able to remove the spoiler officially now at LSC. Also the spoilerless version now spawns in traffic, very smart without it. |

ya, just started noticing the spoilerless phoenixes in traffic. They almost look like a different car.
I'm keeping mine of Winston's Pheonix though, that car needs the extra traction, and I like the Smokey and the Bandit look.

Yes indeed, I think it looks a bit nicer without the spoiler but I've gone for one character (Azu-nyan) with spoiler and (Tails) without. |

The Phoenix now spawns more often in traffic, I see the Spoiler-less almost everyday.
