This one is relatively easy. Get to the train tracks from the sawmill, take the tunnels through the mountains, get off the tracks about in the middle of the Sandy Shores runway, get to the road that takes you to Yellow Jack Inn and Route 68, left over the freeway, then left into Davis Quartz and the marker.
$100K payout if you get on it today.

Apparently, once you have beat a time trial even when it was available months ago, you won't get paid the $50K.
Anyway, this one is up this week, and I think it's probably the easiest to beat with a decent motorcycle.

Beat the par time with a BF400.
Only got paid $2K, so I think the rule is big payment only if neither character on the account has beaten the par time before, ever.

Here is Bertha completing this week's time trial with her Gargoyle. She got paid the $50K, even though she did it a year and a half ago.
This one is relatively easy, get to the train tracks, get to the runway, and a nearly straight shot to the Quarry.
