When you are stealing vehicles out of traffic to sell, these are always good finds, since they can be sold and are at the upper end of stock stolen vehicle resale value, along with Ballers. The best way to identify them is from the "Lampadati" script logo on the back. I believe these are the only Lampadatis to spawn in traffic, I've never seens an NPC Furore GT.

Easy $9500 (GT), i used to "export" them all the time. I don't recall seeing an NPC Furore, but the Lampadati Pigalle does spawn in traffic, mostly around Davis.

Furore only spawns in story mode, only a handful were chosen to spawn in online session, never quite figured out why that was though.
The Felon GT has always been a favourite car of mine in game, I still have two, one for Kaname and the other belongs to Ren (I think), both are from way back when it was simply a case of driving mission cars (Check Out Time and Out of Court Settlement) into your garage.
