That's a crazy amount of cash on your office floor, do you think that is a reflection of the number of sales missions, or the cash that you have?

That's a crazy amount of cash on your office floor, do you think that is a reflection of the number of sales missions, or the cash that you have? Ikr! It reflects how much cash you have have earned from crates & you currently have, tops out at 30 Millions (it looks like this). But it starts disappearing gradually as you dip below 30 Millions ... Even the amount of money in the safe starts to go down if you have less than 1 Million dollars & the safe will be completely empty if you are broke.

Sorry for the repost but it applies to both properties and garages. Property number 1: What: Beeker´s Deposit of Sports Motorvehicles (BDSM) Where: Unit 76 Greenwich Parkway Why (story): Because The Doc loves racing and always has. Beeker brings his mechanical expertise and gets a foothold in LS while his expenses and wages are covered by The Dark Corporation with money of... let´s say dubious origins. This being basically a storage unit for racing cars it doesn´t need an appartment, and these vehicles are not meant to be used in free roam (The Doc disapproves of tryhards who do outside of top speed challenges) Why (game): 6 properties, 5 interiors (not counting the "variety" at Eclipse), one of them was gonna be a 10 car garage and it made sense to put the racing cars there. Unfortunately a) all 10-car garage interiors are the same and b) they´re all located in the city, so i went with the one furthest from my other properties. When: The concept of a racing garage was inevitable at the very lower levels, but thanks Rockstar for giving us proper racing cars and allowing us to create our own "scuderia" if we so choose. Interior: Basic 10-car garage Pros: Not that i would ever spawn there, but it´s my southernmost "spawnable" property so it´s closest to LSIA and The Flight School. Cons: The way to the nearest road is an ambush waiting to happen. Then again, i don´t plan on ever being there. If there were 10-car garages in Blaine County i´d switch in an instant just for the sake of variety. Vehicles: Vapid Desert Raid, Dinka Jester Racecar, Annis RE-7B, Benefactor Stirling GT, Pegassi Bati 801RR, Vapid Pisswasser Dominator, Dewbauchee Massacro Racecar, Obey Omnis, Grotti Brioso R/A, Nagasaki BF400. Related Pegasus Vehicle: MTL Dune.

I have the same garage, to avoid the ambush just turn left instead of right, follow the building around and there is a container ramp you can use to jump the fence

Now that we have customizable Executive Garages with up to 60 Spots & magnificent views, did you guys move your entire car collection to them? or are they still scattered across multiple properties?

Nope. Can't get past my OCD. Need everything to have a certain logic. I only have one office garage. Moved my sports classics and added old cars to make a vintage garage since it makes sense a CEO would keep his personal collection there. For garages 2 and 3 I'll go with luxury business cars (Enus, Benefactor...) as the company's cars and armored/police/FIB cars as a logical choice to get out of the office on missions. I currently own 10 armored, none luxury

Nope, offices are decidedly empty of cars at the moment, only one office filled with liveried race cars (Kaname) and Tails was starting to organising his Japanese Tuner office garage before my controller went crazy.
As with Juan everything has to have a logic place in the garage so if it don't look right I'll work on it until I get the sweet spot that I think looks right if I am taking people round my properties.
Example - all of my Seawash Green cars have remained in one of my apartment garages because it just looks right, pic to follow later to try and show the effect.

What i mean is i had 6 garages and an mc clubhouse. They were: racing, lowriders, movies, armored, sports classics, supers and bikes. I moved sports classics to the office adding old cars thus creating "vintage" and opening space for Street Racing. For office garage 2 i won't move a thing, just create a "luxury" category. For office 3 i'll move and expand Armored, and that will empty a 10 car garage that i still don't have a theme for. But as you see 4 of my 6 garages will remain unchanged

I was in the same boat with you guys. Then I discovered that Lombank's garage have an Ocean view & I thought what the hell! I haven't been to my main priority in 6 months (living in a yacht now) so might as well move that collection to the office, but I wasn't gonna break my Baller\Cognoscenti\Oracle themed garage (2\4\4) ... Things got outta hand afterwards.
The collection grew, so I moved 36 Cars into the office & I have 12 scattered across 3 properties. Among them are 6 armored cars in Las Lagunas. But since that went belly-up, I'm contemplating moving them to the office.

Got the office at Lombank too. The first garage has an amazing ocean view and sunsets have an amazing illumination effect over there. Just imagine my vintage cars in that garage with wooden walls and lamps. Sadly, if i remember correctly, garages 2 and 3 face a building and a so-so view of the city. But by what i've seen that's the case with every office location: one great view, two not so great ones
