Apparently Rockstar forgot to activate it on the tuneable files release of the event week but quickly corrected this.

This car looks the bees nees of the sports class from the images I have seen so far and apparently drives very well too, Kaname is looking
forward to acquiring this beast for her collection later today.

Had about the same laptimes with my Massacro. It's basically a Jester 2, almost no upgrade options, not worth the price.
