"I ran the fucking nineteen eighties, I was the nineteen nineties ... and I'm back." ― Tony Prince.
Here's a breakdown of the Club business.
The Nightclubs:
Here's a breakdown of the Club business.
The Nightclubs:
Gay Tony returns in the After Hours update (1.44) & he’s looking for a savvy investor to help him launch a new Nightclub. You can choose from 10 possible venues scattered around Los Santos ranging from $1,080,000 to $1.7M. Once you acquired a venue you’ll have access to 2 types of business & income: Club Management & Club Warehouse.
Common Misconception:
First things first, there’s a common misconception regarding Nightclubs & how they interact with existing Businesses in GTAO, People are using the term “Business Consolidation”, which is both misleading & causing a lot of confusion.
All existing Businesses continue to function as they were, nothing changed at all. The Club doesn’t interfere with them.
What actually happens is that the Club automatically checks if you own any business & then allows you to hire Technicians to acquire products In Da Club, More on that below.
Upgrades & Renovations:
We can divide Club upgrades into 3 types: Cosmic upgrades, Functional upgrades & Garages.
Cosmetic upgrades are purchased from Maze Bank Foreclosures. They are purely cosmetic & have no effect on Club Management or Club Warehouse. They are the Décor, Lights, Dry Ice, Club name & Dancers.
Functional upgrades include Additional Storage Capacity, Security Upgrade, Equipment Upgrade & Additional Bartenders.
Garage Expansions add additional PV storage to the Club. A basic Club have a single storage slot for PV & a Basement floor reserved to the Club’s Special Vehicles. Each Garage Expansion adds 10 more PV slots for up to 31 PV slots (3 Expansions plus the single PV slot at the ground level. An additional slot (B5) is reserved for the Benefactor Terrorbyte truck.
Club Management:
Club Management is the legitimate business of the 2 Club Businesses. It’s basically promoting the Club via freeroom missions such as bringing champagne, helping celebrities & so on. The missions increase your Club's popularity which it turn increases your daily income from Club Management. You earn anywhere from $100 to $10,000 a night depending on your Club’s popularity.
Notes:
2. You have to pick up the money from the vault yourself.
3. The Vault has a maximum capacity of $70,000 & you’ll lose the money if you don’t pick it up.
4. Club Management can be done in Invite Only Sessions.
5. Club Popularity decreases every 45 Minutes.
Club Warehouse:
Club Warehouse is the illicit business of the 2 Club Businesses & this is where things get interesting. Here’s an example of how it works:
Let's say you own a Special Cargo warehouse, a Bunker & Cocaine Lockup. The Club allows you to hire Technicians to acquire products in the Club. The whole acquisition process is automated once you hire & assign Technicians. All you have to do is sell the products once they are ready & of course occasionally defend the Club against raids.
With the Hangar & Special Cargo warehouse, just owning them allows you to hire Technicians for their Club equivalent. With the Bunker & MC Businesses you have to keep them “Active”, they just have to be running … even without supplies. If you shut yours down, just restart them & that's it. You don't need to do anything else.
Notes:
1. You can NOT take products from your other Businesses to Club or vice versa.
2. Special Cargo & Airfreight are considered as one type of product.3. Vehicle Cargo doesn't take any part in the Club Warehouse Business.
Now we got that out of the way, let's talk numbers. The following table is for a Club without any Additional Storage Capacity. A basic Club has a maximum capacity of 72 units. Each storage expansion adds an additional 72 slots & having all expansions raises the maximum capacity to 360 units. Of course with every storage expansion you raise your potential paycheck by an additional $338,000 until you reach $1,690,000
Business Battles:
Business Battles are a new type of Freemode Events & it’s a way to acquire more products for your club. You win them by taking the products to the Club. The products are sometimes loaded into cars & all you have to do is bring the car to the Club while fighting other players for it.
Business Battles start every 15 minutes & it requires a minimum of 3 players to start in Public Sessions & 2 Players in Invite Only Sessions. The Players can’t be in the same Organization/MC.
Completing Business Battles unlocks a trophy in the Club's office, a statue of a Fist. Complete 3 for a Bronze one, 5 for Silver & 10 for Gold.
Note: Ghost Organization does NOT hide the products here, save your money.
The Technicians:
Technicians are NPC workers you hire to generate products. You start with one complimentary of the Club. You can hire up to 5 Technicians, which means you can only choose 5 types of products to generate units from.
The equipment upgrade cuts acquisition time by half, an essential upgrade. On the cosmetic side, it adds a giant ventilation fan in the warehouse.
Special Orders:
Special Orders allows you to sell a combination of products tailored to the order at once for an additional 5%-20% pay. Special Orders change every 48 minutes.
There are 3 types of Bonuses depending on how much Products you have:
- 5% Bonus.

- 20% Bonus.
20% Bonuses are rare opportunities similar to Special Items, To qualify for them you must have the following combinations of products:

Selling Missions:
Club Warehouse selling missions mark both the return of the lone-wolf friendly selling missions & the return of Special Vehicles. All your products are loaded into a single vehicle, but as you would expect from R*, there’s a catch. In order to sell more than 90 units of products you need to own a Mule Custom or a Pounder Custom & to sell more than 180 units of products you need to own a Pounder Custom.
The Speedo Custom carries up to 90 units of products. The Speedo is available for free complimentary of the Venue.
